"We had a lovely room on an upper floor with a great view. The room needed some attention - phone didn’t work, there was a crack in the bathroom basin and some laminate flooring pieces were lifting. However, the Ciel restaurant was a great experience and the location was great. I would certainly stay there again."

We had asked for a late check out so finally put the do not disturb sign on the door but they still entered again!"

"This was truly a unique and awesome stay. The place itself is very spacious, very clean, very modern, very comfortable and it has everything just like having your own place minus groceries 😊 There’s no elevator. We were one floor up so no concerns but even higher up floors would’ve worked. Hopefully they can add some elevators, even just a freight elevator. Location is also accessible with 20 - 30 minutes walk or Uber or Lyft or buses if you have time to figure it out! Definitely recommend!"

"Les Lofts Charest is in a great location - walkable to many places, including Old Town. Check-in/check-out was all contactless. The loft was well-stocked, but was missing some items that could have made for a more comfortable stay: a couple of laundry pods, some coffee for the coffee maker, a blanket for the couch, even a tray for toiletries in the shower. The worst part of our stay was finding a pair of someone else's underwear in the dryer - made us doubt how well the place had been cleaned before our arrival. The handle on the kettle lid was also broken. Overall though, we had a nice stay and the place was suitable for what we wanted it for."
