Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Hoch-Imst 4.5 km, Hochzeiger 18 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Piburger See 20 km. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence.

Upper floor: 2 double bedrooms, each room with shower/WC. Exit to the balcony. 1 double bedroom with shower/WC. Gas heating. Large terrace 50 m2, south-west facing position, small terrace 15 m2, south-west facing position. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (6), box-room. Very beautiful view of the mountains. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Private entrance. When there are less than the maximum number of guests staying at the property, not all of the housing units will be available for use.
