"I enjoyed our stay here, although servicing of room could’ve been better. We stayed four nights and finally requested that it be clean after 3rd night. Breakfast was not very fresh and no variety. However, the river side updated room was very quiet and scenic. We saw auroras on 3rd night from the balcony, even better a short walk away!"

"Je déplore toutefois qu’on nous ait vendu une chambre comme une cabine (la photo est celle d’une cabine avec vue sur lac mais on a eu qu’un apart avec aucune vue sur l’eau qui d’ailleurs est un étang et non un lac) et de plus ma recherche était pour Inari, l’affichage dit qu’elle se trouve à Inari, alors qu’elle est à 45 minutes d’Inari et qu’on a donc dû revenir sur nos pas. On nous a dit que c’était hôtel.com qui faisait sa vente ainsi et non eux. Malgré une belle chambre et une belle accueil, c’ st un peu décevant. "

"A very warm welcome by the lady at reception and all services explained. The restaurant is very fancy with Michelin quality meals. I was unable to have breakfast as it started at 07.00 but with a 10.00 flight departure from Ivalo, it would have been a little tight. The timings of the Ivalo flights aren’t great but maybe adjust the timings a little so people can have a bite to eat? (Start 06.45 for example). The rooms are nice and cosy but it would be good to have something next to the bed to put things on. If not a bedside table maybe at least a little shelf as nowhere to put your phone. Also good to know is that there is no lift so tricky if you have a heavy suitcase but despite of this, I warmly recommend this hotel. "

"Amazing place, really enjoyed everything about it. The facilities are great, the restaurant is excellent and the scenery around is incredible. Really appreciate the staff, they are very nice and welcoming. You can’t go wrong with this hotel."

"I won’t back to this hotel just because they don’t help you to take the luggage to the room, they don’t even let you to take your car near to the building, we had to take the luggages far from the car on the snow… it was a bad experience. Luckily the room was pretty good."
