Room was very clean and cozy, cast iron tea pot for morning green tea. Free toiletries in the lobby were nice. Front desk staff were very helpful. Japanese breakfast was great. The only oddity was the dinner service timing of getting our courses, mixed vegetables came 30 minutes before the steak

"Great hotel. Didn't expect it to be as nice as it was. Quick and easy shuttle from the airport, full restaurant, Family Mart, drug store and a really nice pool/fitness center.
