This fantastic house for 8 people is located a few minutes from Inca, in the heart of Mallorca. It is perfect for a family and quiet holiday.

As far as the exterior is concerned, it has a swimming pool, a spectacular natural grass garden and several furnished terraces ideal for relaxing outdoors.

The villa is only five minutes by car from Inca, a small town of thirty thousand inhabitants where you can enjoy a great cultural and gastronomic offer. If you walk through the historic center of the city you will find numerous restaurants and shops of traditional character as well as establishments of international brands. As far as the cultural offer is concerned, it is worth visiting some of its churches and cloisters and the Museu de la Pell and Calçat d'Inca, a historical tour through the industrial footwear tradition of this town. In Inca you will also find a train and bus station that connects with almost the entire island. The farm, being in the heart of Mallorca allows you to reach any place on the island in a short time. It is only 25 minutes by car from the Bay of Alcúdia and 30 minutes from the Bay of Pollença. In addition, it is 15 minutes by car from some of the towns that make up the network of municipalities of the Serra de Tramuntana, declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. The small towns of Selva, Alaró, Campanet or Mancor de la Vall are a must.

Due to the situation of the property, before accepting any reservation, it is important to know the ages of the clients since if they are not families or couples, they must be families or groups over 30 years of age.
