"Convenient for layover at odd hours. They have a 24 hours convenient store on site so you can get some food/necessities even arriving late. It is not a walkable distance from the airport, they do have free shuttle during the morning and evening - outside of their clock, you can use the airport free shuttle too (but it could be confusing and might take a bit of walking after getting off) - we turned out got off at the wrong stop and went by a taxi instead. I suggest to just take a taxi if you can’t use their own shuttle. Room is spacious for japanese standard. Overall a good option for layover for a night."

"Super friendly and helpful staff! Facilities were clean but noticed there were a few gamblers that took over all the couches in the lobby area, either sleeping or laying down that made me feel just a little out of place. "

"There was nobody there to help us with our suitcases when we got to the hotel (we had 4 suitcases). We also found dirt on our carpet near our bed. The bathroom was clean and spacious and the overall room set up was nice, also only a 10 minute drive to the airport. "

"I would say one of the best hotels in in Chan,. Next to a nice park that is both modern and clean. The whole area around the hotel is very safe and has aesthetic appearing buildings. There’s a Lotte Mart that is next-door. There are plenty of restaurants to choose from. Highly recommend."
