"Check-in was easy, and the price offered good value. However, when I moved the bedside table to retrieve something I had dropped, I found a piece of used tissue and a significant amount of dust, which was quite unpleasant. If they could ensure thorough cleaning—not just in the visible areas—it would be a great place to stay for a few days, and I would certainly recommend it to a friend."

"Air condition is weak, or shut off during Nov. We have to open windows for few hours. Breakfast $18 is fair. Children 0-5year( 60 month) is free with adult. Culture difficult or real genius here. No free breakfast for children 61-71 months ago even by age rule still age 5 but they only offer free at 60month or younger! I am sure this is not internationally practice even Best Western headquarter can honor 5 years old mean 60-71 month old. This is real Korean business trick! Hotel Owner should investigate what is exactly 5 years old Restaurant waitress and waiter are great. Hotel shuttle is very good, on time, maintaining well. Hotel is old but working."

"From the arrival to the departure, there is not one area we didn't enjoy during our short stay. My wife and I had a two week vacation in Korea, and Art Paradiso was the last hotel we stayed before returning to the U.S. It turned out to be the best choice I had made for the entire trip. We had a large number of luggages with us in addition to 2 large boxes, and the staff was more than happy to carry them from the shuttle bus drop area to our room. The room had a variety of "wow" factors and was as impressive as I hoped it would be. The hospitality shown by the entire staff was second to none, and my wife said she wanted to stay longer (she doesn't say this often at all). I would definitely stay again and would recommend to anyone who's planning to visit Korea. A big thank you to all the staff members."
