This is a very nice property, and so convenient to the airport. We had some extra time, so walked 5 min. to Paradise City to check out the action there, which was also a lot of fun. The breakfast buffet is excellent, with SO many great food options. This was a very good choice for our last night in Korean…a place to rest and get a good night’s sleep before our flight back to the U.S,

The rooms were spotless. The staff couldn’t be more helpful with anything you needed. The airport. Shadow was phenomenal. Everybody was so helpful. The hotel was breathtaking. I came walking in with my suitcase and they came running to take my suitcase away. I have never been to a hotel that was this outstanding. I can give it a 20 out of 10.

The room at the hotel was nice and the bed was comfortable. What makes this hotel really amazing is the staff!! From the minute you walk in the door until you leave they are so attentive and thoughtful. We stayed for 3 days because of a change to our business itinerary. The staff greeted us warmly every time we returned to the hotel and gave us tips on things to do, places to go and the easiest ways to get into the city center. The breakfast was delicious and we enjoyed the club lounge. The crown jewel of this hotel are the amazing people who work there!!

My flight got cancelled unexpectedly in Incheon. Although the day was frustrating and chaotic, this hotel has changed everything for me and my three year old toddler. Clean, friendliest hotel staff we have ever met. Great airport shuttle, hospitality, facility. I cannot recommend this hotel enough to travelers! We also enjoyed their pool during our stay which was extremely clean and well maintained.

It was a super clean room with extremely hospitable staff . They’re always paying attention to you and making sure you’re well taken care of and never ignored! I was impressed. The Vy bar has great vibes and wonderful bartenders that let us practice our Korean ordering with them! the room allows you to order any thing you can imagine that you’ve missed . Comfy slippers and robes, really comfortable pillows and duvet, and the black out curtains had not a millimeter crack of sunlight which helped me sleep like a baby! I was extremely comfortable during my stay, which initially I was so frustrated by since I was forced to stay one more night in Korea due to a flight delay, but the staff at Grand Hyatt turned the experience around for me and allowed me a peaceful last evening here. Airport shuttle was comfortable and had so many seats. it was difficult to find where to stand to get on the shuttle though , I had to ask 3 Korean locals at the airport

Had to spend the night close to the airport and chose this Grand Hyatt because it had a convenient airport shuttle. Felt super rested after staying there— super clean facilities, super comfy beds, really nice staff. Will definitely stay again.
