The location is so good to go shopping and eating foods. Amenities were good but the unit was smelly a little bit from the washroom and the topest stair for bedroom space had a squeaky sounds and a bit bumpy.

Scam Hotel — Fake Listings, No Help, and Zero Accountability This place is a total scam. They advertised a “triple room,” but what we got was a cramped box barely big enough for two people, let alone three—and definitely not suitable for a baby. The listing was completely misleading, and they knew it. There’s no front desk, no on-site staff, and the so-called “24/7” support is a joke. I called multiple times, and each time they either couldn’t understand English or just hung up on me. I mentioned I had a baby and needed help—they couldn’t have cared less. No support, no effort, nothing. Someone was also smoking in a non-smoking area, and despite reporting that, again—no action. They even made me book in two parts for no reason (April 22–24, then 24–26), just to turn around and dump me in a garbage room they probably wouldn’t stay in themselves. Totally unprofessional and disrespectful. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had anywhere in the world—and I travel a lot. Avoid this place like the plague unless you enjoy being lied to, ignored, and crammed into a tiny room you didn’t agree to. Filed a complaint and will be following up until something is done.
