No complaints. This is a perfect layover hotel. The Mountain View Deluxe Family room (and especially bathroom!) was huge and spacious! It was a nice way to wind down after a long flight!

Used the hotel for just one night to transit and really that’s all it would be good for. There isn’t really anything by the hotel. Outlets are few and far between. Only towels available are hand towels, nothing bigger or smaller. So if you’re an adult bathing, you’ll need to use a hand towel to dry off. The shower was inlaid with marble-esque tile and became extremely slippery, they had a caution sign in the shower. The shower, we could not figure out how to get the main shower head to work so it was the hand held that we had to use but it sprayed everywhere as it was broken. Beds and bedding were good. Room had a bit of a dorm room feel to it. Overall, would say there are probably other hotels that are better and closer to the airport however this hotel did offer a free shuttle between the airport and hotel.

If you need a night to stay before your flight the next day, this is it. Scheduled a free shuttle to take me to Incheon the next day without any issue. Room was nice and the bathroom was the largest yet in my 2 week trip. Nothing much in walking distance though so the drive was a bit far, but the night time room service was excellent! Overall, very happy with my stay.
