It was a good place for a Overnight resting before flying out. Easy to get to and very easy check in. My only issue is they didn't have large bath towels just hand towels to take a shower with but other then that it was a Pleasant stay. Restaurants and stores walking distance.

The pictures make the property biggrer than it really is. It's functional but very tight in reality. It has all the ammenities like sink, stove, washer, closet and even a balcony. In all honesty, I would have been satisfied with my stay even with less than accurate description. However, the bathroom was totally unacceptable. When you see human waste or poop on the toilet, not inside the toilet but all over the outside, thats a major problem. I don't mind old and somewhat unclean but unsanitary and health risk is a major problem. Even after cleaning the bathroom continue to smell. They really need to thoroughly clean and disenfect. Other nuissance include no bath towel only small hand towels and hangers that were half broken. Oh, they also don't tell you that the AC only works certain hours. We checked in around 4PM and had to deal with 26.5 or almost 80 in our room all day. Finally opened the windows to cool the room. Again, if not for the unsanitary bathroom I would have been ok with the property. The view is great and the location is very convenient.

Some work needs to be done

At first, we thought the room was great, but then we noticed bugs running around and the cleaning staff did a horrible job cleaning before we checked in. For example, we found food in between the couch cushions which can be the cause of the bugs. We had to clean the floor ourselves and buy bug spray.

It was perfect for staying close to family that lives near by. Good food options too. Uber was quick to pick up and train station was an 8 min walk. Room was clean and had lots of room.

The room was pristine, building too. Checkin a doddle, not difficult as other reviews state, but hotels.com information re check in not correct, no need to contact beforehand and no online form. Trouble was its the back of nowhere. Quite a bit of wasteland all round and nothing to do or see. Some tiny shops in block for essentials, a number of restaurants in block and adjacent ones but area still being developed, a long way off the main Incheon area. We only stayed one night and up and off next morning. Not our best choice to date.

Couldn’t check in.

Unable to check in at all. No front desk staff and building was locked when I arrived. I sent the hotel a message that I would be arriving at 5:30 am (I booked the room for the night prior yo my arrival). When making the booking it did not state that check-in hours were limited to 8 am to 9 pm. Attempted to contact the hotel with the contact number provided, but no answer.

청소가 안되어있음. 밥먹고 나서 튄 국물이나 화장실 청결도 등 전반족으로 숙박업이라는 인식보다는 공간 대여업소같은 느낌이 드는 숙소였음. 요금이 아주 싼 곳도 아니고 특히 외국관광객들에게 적은돈도 아닌데 청결관리를 엄청 대충하는게 매우 불쾌함.

o hotel está localizado numa área excelente. O quarto é amplo e bem iluminado. Ponto negativo é que nao disponibilizam toalhas grandes, apenas toalhas de rosto. Achei o check in ruim pois foi difícil achar o local mal sinalizado.
