This is a nice comfortable hotel with spacious rooms. The continental breakfast included is very basic. The rooms are individually decorated so your room will not be as pictured. The location is somewhat isolated as well. Overall the stay was comfortable.

최악중에 이런 최악이 없네요

아래 사진을 보시면 아시겠지만, 고객의 불편 사항이 접수가 되면 우선 죄송하단 양해의 말을 먼저 하시는게 맞지 않나 싶네요. “잡으셨어요?” - 아뇨 “아예~ 올라 갈게요” 여러번 이런 민원이 있었던 것처럼 대수롭지 않게 응대 하시더라구요 사장님이라고 하셨죠? 입구에 별2개 2성급이라고 붙여놓으셨던데 2개도 아깝네요. 이런 불편 사항 고려해서 룸 업그레이드 시켜주셨다고 하시겠죠? 303호 객실 가셔서 더블침대에 누워보세요 미세한 움직임에도 얼마나 삐그덕 삐그덕 소리가 나는지... 밤 12시쯤 불편사항 말씀드렸더니 제가 사진찍는 모습 보시곤 “ 그냥 환불해 드릴게요” 라고 하셨던거 기억하시죠? 외지에서 와서 또 어디로 알아보고 가야할지도 모르고 술까지 마셨는데 케어하긴 커녕 거의 내 쫓으시다 시피 하셨죠... 후기를 안쓸수가 없네요 사장님 반성하시고 객실 상태 점검 다시 하세요.

화장실 욕실에 줄눈에 곰팡이가 많아서 불괘 했습니다. 침대옆에 등은 한쪽은 아예 전구가 없고 있는쪽 한쪽도 작동 하지않아 그렇지 않아도 어두운 호텔인데 너무 어두워 불 편 했습니다. 만족스런 조식은 아니지만 빵,찐계란,바나나,컵라면 제공은 나름 괜찮았습니다. 서비스 해주시는분 표정만 좀더 좋았으면 더 좋을텐데 말이죠

위치...월미도 젤 구석에 위치...바다 전혀 안보이고 편의시설 개판...돈 좀 아끼려다 망했음...처음 들어간 방에서 냄새 나서 방 교체했음
