"I would say one of the best hotels in in Chan,. Next to a nice park that is both modern and clean. The whole area around the hotel is very safe and has aesthetic appearing buildings. There’s a Lotte Mart that is next-door. There are plenty of restaurants to choose from. Highly recommend."

"The staff were excellent, the room was comfortable and clean and the airport shuttle was very efficient. We didn’t give 5 stars because you were a captive audience for the food and it was super expensive. The toilet in our room was sluggish and the hose shower head didn’t point downwards so it was difficult not to wet the whole room. All in all we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it"

"I have been to a few airport hotels and I have generally found them very poor, however the Ibis Ambassador was the exception. From the first booking, they were responsive. They took account of us needing 2 rooms close together. The rooms were clean and very comfortable and the food in the restaurant was delicious. They were also very helpful in relation to providing information in advance about shuttles and advising on early morning departures back to the airport. All in all, a great airport hotel and more should follow their example."

"Very good breakfast. Fresh and tasty. Great Korean radish beef soup, spicy pork etc. Fruits are wonderful . Dining area clean and spacious."
