"This is a spacious four bedroom condo that’s recently been redone. It’s light, it’s airy. Everything appears to be new! There’s a nice view of a wooded area from the third floor balcony. It’s a close walk to the private beach, although I didn’t check out whether this property actually came with beach passes. Previous property owners have been very stingy with the passes in Incline—meaning you have to drive—and have reservations at Sand Harbor—or drive to Kings Beach to get anywhere near the water. I would stay here again, for sure—but not with folks with mobility issues. It’s three flights of stairs outside with no elevator."

"The condo was very clean and very well appointed. It is in a good location for activities and restaurants in the area. It should be noted that if you walk to the beach, it will cost you 18 per person to go through the gate to get in.The spa area associated with the condo was a very nice amenity."

"We truly enjoyed our stay and we will be back to the area again. The house was perfect for 6 women whol like to sleep by themselves. A couple of things we wish we would've know at the beginning of our stays is the code to the pool and pool house. My suggestion would be to add that information into your information book. Along with some of the best beaches around and if you have to have a reservation and fee for the beaches. It would also be nice for those out of state people visiting to know what is available near by for like groceries and your favorite restaurants."
