Enjoy the brilliant views of Lake Tahoe from this mountainside Cabin. Located in Incline Village, you will love this scenery with all the amenities close by. No matter what time of year, this location is perfect. In the winter there are 6 ski areas within 30 minutes. In the summer enjoy everything the mountains and the lake have to offer. Don't forget the change of the seasons...the vivid yellows of the Aspens brush the mountainsides. The home itself provides a wrap-around balcony and floor to ceiling windows to simply enjoy the views of Lake Tahoe surrounded by the Sierra Nevada Mountains. Go skiing, snow shoeing, sledding, hiking, fishing, swimming, rafting and then sit by the fire or on the porch and reflect on your day at play. The home comfortably sleeps three couples or a large family. And, is situated in a wonderful neighborhood. New paint and carpeting keep this property fresh. Ski getaway

The property has stunning views, updated kitchen and bathrooms, close to town but peaceful. The furniture and carpet is ancient, it’s kinda like staying at your grandmas house. It was super cozy. You could tell their family loved the house, it’s also super well stocked for cooking at home.

what a great time! if you are lookingvto go to Tahoe area for a nice vacation this is the place! They make it veryveasyvto book and the property is as listed. my kids and family had an amazing time. Easy access snd great communication. we will be back

We didn't want to leave! This charming home was perfect for our family. We LIVED on the incredible deck....from early morning coffee to late evening cocktails...it was BLISS. There was 8 of us.... 6 adults, 1 college student and a senior in high school....and the space worked just fine for us all. We were worried about 2 bathrooms being enough but it really was never an issue. It is clear this home is loved and loaded with memories -- we were so grateful to be able to use the space for our week of vacation. We would absolutely stay here again. THANK YOU, Ethel and Newt!

The home is in a neighborhood with high end homes. The house has been upgraded in a few areas. The back deck is new, kitchen and both bathrooms have been renovated. The rest of the house is very dated. Lots of small items that need a handyman. House and bedding was clean. Overall it was a Good value for the money.

Great rental

My husband and I stayed in this property for 2 nights, and while it does sleep 8, we didn't feel it was a massive place for 2. The living area is excellent due to the massive windows that lead out to a large wrap-around deck and excellent views. The neighborhood was extraordinarily quiet (we were there mid-March) and the property felt private. We had family reunion events to attend, but if it weren't for that, we would have gladly spent each day relaxing in the living room and enjoying the view. Lots of amenities and extras like condiments and popcorn and hot chocolate--and all of these items looked good, not like they'd been there for 30 years. A lovely home, comfy and peaceful. We would definitely stay here again, although for 2 people, it's rather pricey. It would be perfect for two couples, since each couple could have a private room and bathroom on each level. We almost stayed in a hotel because the cancellation policy for VRBO is scarily ungenerous, but glad we took the risk because this property was wonderful.

Beautiful Views!

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home an amazing wrap-around balcony. The view I'm sure would have been amazing but we picked the rainiest time of Oct to visit. The only few thing that I would recommend would be to find a better heating system to regulate the heat on the main floor. The basement area gets all the heat. Your not comfortable sleeping upstairs due to cold or downstairs due to excessive heat. The stairs are not great for those of an aging adult. 50+ watch your step at the bottom. It's angled and you will slip off no matter your age. Oh, and the bed's are obviously very new and well kept but if you only want extra-firm support your in luck. The kitchen is all updated and everything was provided. A little covered area would have been nice from the car to the front door during the weather. No covered area.

All about the view

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: PROS: the VIEW!! We VERY MUCH enjoyed the view from the deck and the great room. Updated kitchen and bathrooms. They have “lake day” items (Ex.- chairs, cooler, floaties) available. The location was great for our needs. Quiet neighborhood too. CONS: We were a full house so all beds were occupied and no one had positive reviews on the beds. The spiral staircase definitely isn’t great. The dining table chairs are a bit rickety. The patio table only seats 4. We didn’t require anything from the Management company but they communicated very well prior to arrival.

Great location, fantastic views, well stocked property.

We went there with family during the start of the Holiday season. The property is in an excellent location which overlooks gorgeous views of the lake. The description of the property and pictures were accurate; it has not been recently renovated and the heating downstairs is significantly warmer than upstairs, which is expected in this type of construction. Once we followed the recommendations left by the owners to lower the heating, everybody was comfortable. The Cabin is very clean and has a well stocked kitchen with all utensils and spices, making it easy to prepare gourmet meals. Internet and TVs work well and there are plenty of channels to cater to everyone's taste. At the end, everybody had a great time, and we would certainly consider renting this place again. Thanks for accomodating us.

Wonderful property. Great location and enjoyed the wrap around deck with great views. Lots of beds. Well supplied. Watch out for the bottom three steps- tilted and slippery. There was a note about this on the inside of a cupboard. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful home and location

This was a perfect spot for a family vacation with adult children and grandparents. I only wish the bedroom downstairs had a wall which would have allowed my son & girlfriend to sleep inside instead of their van. Location was spectacular and close to activities, shopping, restaurants. Amenities in the kitchen were okay, had to buy a few items during the week (paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo/conditioner).

Great Location

The property at Incline Village is in an excellent location. It is close to everything Tahoe has to offer. The property has a spectacular view for morning coffee or a drink on the deck. I will definitely consider booking again in the future.

Loved our stay!

We absolutely loved our time in this beautiful cabin. The views are amazing and the cabin is clean and well stocked. Incline Village is wonderful as well. We hope to stay here again soon.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was just perfect for our family to stay at when our son got married in North Lake Tahoe last weekend. The view is exactly like the pictures show (amazing!) and there was plenty of room for everyone while still feeling very cozy. Everything was clean and the furniture was very nice and comfortable. Thankfully the smoke lifted while we were there and I think some of our best photos will be from the balcony of this house!
