Enjoy the private deck and access to 2 swimming pools open in the summer. Located near Diamond Peak Ski Resort, casinos, and unlimited areas for snowshoeing, hiking, and biking. Book quickly, as this one stays reserved!

Please Note: Unfortunately, the private beaches in Incline Village, are only open to homeowners and full-time residents until further notice. Nearby public beaches include Sand Harbor State Park and Kings Beach.
