Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The unit was clean. The floors were nice. There was plenty of closet and drawer space. The coffee maker didn't work, but the manager was responsive and gave us a new one for the next day. The sitting room was comfortable. The kitchen had helpful dishes and pots for cooking. The washer and dryer worked. Wifi worked well. There were plenty of towels. The beds were not overly comfortable. Most dishes were dirty so i cleaned before use. The walls were thin and we could easily hear neighbors. The cleaning people left a large load of laundry in the dryer (didn't put it away). One towel (hopefully clean) had a full lip lipstick stain.
