Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Before leaving: • Please place used linens, towels and kitchen towels in a bathroom tub or sink. • If many dishes were used, kindly start and load the dishwasher—soap is under the kitchen sink.
• Turn all lights off • Close & lock windows • Put blinds down in all the rooms • Return both thermostats to the original setting of 65 (winter months) & 75 (summer months).
• Take trash to the dumpster in the alley. • Lock all doors (front and back), and, message us once you’ve left.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The Incline Village condo was comfortable with the necessary amenities, and a great “home base”to all the activities we enjoyed at Lake Tahoe. The beds were comfy, the patio was nice for bird watching while drinking our morning coffee, we enjoyed walking through the woods to the university and restaurants close by.

I found the property very clean ! There was some noise up stair wich did not bother us at all ! We brought an electric skillet with us to cook on. It was perfect.! The location was perfect and the owner was very friendly!

Tahoe Summer Getaway

Footsteps

Could hear footsteps and chairs being moved from upstairs unit all hours of the night and early morning. Was not very conducive to getting a good night sleep. Mattress was not comfortable.

I rented this condo for a summer workshop at UNR. The location is perfect and the price was right. Thanks for an easy stay. Totally fine there was no over - no issues for me.

Excellent location, all the basics

You can’t beat the location if you are skiing at Diamond peak. The place was easy to get in and out, well equipped and comfortable for the four of us. The only negative was the soundproofing between units. Also, beds for two are in the same room as the kitchen so if you have early risers it can be difficult for the others. Overall, it met our needs!

Great location but interior needs some TLC

The location is great and the price is right. The place needs some TLC such as a new mattress, a deep clean, microwave safe bowls and plates, and some better window coverings. Overall it is nice it just needs some upgrading and a refresh.

We stayed there for 2 nights and we really enjoyed it. Dene was very helpful and communicative. She also called us to check in that everything was alright. The location is very convenient to restaurants and the beaches. We love it! Definitely come back in winter!

This was a wonderful experience staying in Incline Village. The location of this condo is conveniently located to many places within walking distance. It is also along the free bus route. The owner-Dene is very helpful and kind. We will definitely come back!

We enjoyed our stay!

We really enjoyed our stay! The property was super clean, and was just as pictured. Dene was very responsive throughout our stay! The bed was comfortable, and it was such a great area!!! Would definitely come back! My only suggestion would be to add a full-length mirror somewhere for those who are going to formal events and need to check out their outfits!! :)

The property is clean but was not as described. This was a 1 bedroom with another bed in the main living area. It is comparable to a run down dorm room. The price was reasonable but you get what you pay for.

convenient location

Convenient location, nice morning walk to coffee plus nature trail starts at the complex. We were under the impression that there was WiFi but could not find any binder or information in the unit that referenced this. We also could not find a number to contact the owner or manager. In all honesty, this unit worked well for two nights sleeping but not for hanging out it. It is not as spacious as the photos appear. There were no hand towels or wash clothes. Fortunately the housekeeping closet was left unlocked so we were able to find some brand new ones in there. Would be great to add a few towel bars/hook in the bathroom The one on the back of the door is about to fall off. This unit has a very European feel.
