The newly updated kitchen is a chef's dream, equipped with newer appliances that include a Viking range, second oven and warming drawers, and ample space to prepare and enjoy meals together. Gather around the large dining table, perfect for family dinners or game nights. Enjoy the lake and mountain view from the four-seat dining bar.
For entertainment, the home boasts a ping pong table and an air hockey table, providing hours of fun for everyone. Cozy up by the woodburning circular fireplace on chilly evenings or step out onto the deck to fire up the BBQ and take in the peak lake views.
This prime location is just minutes from Sand Harbor and Diamond Peak Ski Resort, making it an ideal spot for both summer and winter activities. There is Air Conditioning for those warm summer days. Please note that a 4-wheel drive vehicle is required during the winter season for safe access.
