Great stay overall! House was fresh and clean upon arrival. Helpful having the online guide to the house sent to us before we arrived. Good space for a family of four to spread out, though lots of stairs in the house and levels, so I would not recommend this place for an elderly couple or grandparents. Amazing natural light in the house (though it gets hot in the living room due to all the windows) and great sliver view of the lake from the house and deck. Would have liked to have been able to use the grill, but that may not be an option to use in March in Nevada. The hot tub was fine, but it needed to be cleaned better before our arrival; lots of sand/dirt in the water that had collected at the bottom. The pre-setting for the heat was set too high (68 degrees) in our opinion, so it was quite hot at night and tricky to adjust the heat from the preset. Great location, close to Chickadee Ridge, Mt. Rose, and Diamond Peak, and the Raley's grocery store is close by. We've stayed in many places throughout the North Shore, and this was a nice quiet location with great views.
