"everything was clean, friendly and convenient. The one thing wrong was the fire alarm went off at 7AM and elevators were not working when we checked out. We had to drag luggage 5 flights on stairs to check out at the front desk.Bummer"

"This is a larger, business and event driven hotel with excellent staff, modern and well-maintained guest areas, and comfortable, clean rooms. A large group of cheerleader competition families were checking in at night when I arrived, and the staff handled the larger crowd efficiently my room was clean, modern, and well maintained I would stay here again and would recommend it to others. It’s on a busy main highway with close access to stores and casual restaurants."

"Amazing staff! Cleanliness was 100000%! We got the Two bedroom Suite with a pull out sofa bed! Room was clean as can be. One of the lights above the shower was out in one of the bathrooms I called the front desk let them know and it was fixed by the time we got back! Beds are comfortable! Overall will be choosing here again to stay! "

"Property was disgusting dirty Band-Aids on the ground cobwebs all over furniture. Broken furniture stains on bedsheets. Dust everywhere walls were gross had paper shoved in holes in the wall. Do NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL! "

"This has been the hotel of choice for 3 years in a row. However, on the most recent visit, the hotel seems to have took a turn for the worse. I will start with the lobby- the “leather” on the chairs was peeling & the sofas need a good shampooing. The TV’s in the sitting area were not working (sound, but no picture). The elevators were slow due to children playing on them. The door to our room was difficult to open. A roach was crawling on the TV stand. The check-in staff was very friendly. The checkout staff would not get off her personal cell phone to answer questions that I had. "
