"This is our second stay at Nick's family getaway. The house has everything we need when we are visiting our family in Waterloo, Iowa. The kitchen is well stocked, the sauna is very nice and the entire house is spacious and comfortable. I would recommend Nick's family getaway for anyone exploring the Waterloo/Cedar Falls area."

"This house has so much room for all the family/friends. Was very clean and loved that we could control the heat! Beds slept pretty good (nothing like your own)! I would recommend putting in a railing for the stairs and getting better pillows! (I was really glad I brought my own pillows) Overall had a wonderful stay!"

"My granddaughter and I stayed at Boarders for a week. From the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out, we had nothing but positive experiences. It has a country atmosphere, it's cozy, and everyone was friendly and helpful. We highly recommend Boarders as a place to stay while visiting Iowa. A big shout out to Daryll who was at the front desk when we checked in and for several of the evenings when we came back to our room in the evening. Daryll was always helpful and pleasant."
