The Bush House Inn is a wonderful and quaint place to stay. Great food, beverages , service and location. Index is a cute small town. If freight trains rumbling by bother you, this place isn’t for you but as a railroad fan, it added to the experience.

The Bush House is a beautifully renovated facility with old world charm. It is a place for quiet, peaceful experiences that set it apart from the typical vacation stay. It is a unique experience. The staff were exceptionally helpful and gracious. If you are passing through Index, Wa, this is a great stop.

Hotel was great, clean and quiet. Staff was super friendly a d helpful. Would be nice to have an ice machine available. Would have liked to try the restaurant but very limited times open. Heard there used to be an awesome bar on site, would have loved to check that out. Great stay other than that!

A charming place with a nice restaurant, which was unfortunately only open on weekends. Coffee, too, was only available on 2 of the 5 days I stayed there and Index itself has little or no other amenities. I would suggest they put small coffee stations in the rooms!

Our stay was incredible! This is one of our favorite experiences that we have had. The hotel is absolutely adorable, wonderful staff, great amenities, and just the most lovely weekend stay while we skied at Stevens Pass. We give 5 stars all around! Highly recommend!

I was there less than 24 hours so can only comment on my brief time there. I told the property when I’d arrive and they had someone meet me. I had a private room with bath upstairs. The bathroom was quite large. Had sample size shampoo, body wash and conditioner. Ample towels. There was an air conditioner set up in the room that went on throughout the night. That combined with the train kept me from having a great sleep. The sheets were comfortable. I was bummed that their restaurant didn’t open until 8am as I had to leave before then.
