"our room was great. We had a view of the river that was awesome and it is centrally located on Bourbon roll. The staff was quite slow though I asked for a couple things for our room and never received them and we waited for breakfast and finally left beautiful hotel, though just beautiful"

"Everything was very clean. The breakfast was excellent. There were plenty of options and the staff was contently freshing everything."

"The Galt House has undergone a major transformation since the last time my husband and I stayed there...it is beautiful! Our only complaint is that we ordered room service, and our food was not inexpensive (78.00 for breakfast and 98.00 for late dinner). The food had great flavor but for the price, we were disappointed that it was lukewarm to cold and served in to-go containers as opposed to real tableware. Our coffee for breakfast was like ice coffee."

"Breakfast is not a free ! But they have a variety in the menu,! Free parking & big ! Rooms pretty clean! "

"The room was not ready when we arrived at 1:00 AM. The next day, we asked for shower gel because it hadn't been refilled, and it took them an hour to bring it to us. I did not use the bar or the restaurant, so I have no opinion on them; however, the staff members were very attentive."

"Everything was great besides the noise. All sounds are heard through the walls. There were people walking/running loudly above us until 11 pm. The front desk asked if it was our kids but we had literally just checked into our room. I’m assuming the loud room wasn’t talked to. "

"We've stayed in this hotel several times because of how convenient it is to downtown activities. This most recent time was to visit The Palace Theatre. The hotel is nice, but the rooms need updating. The last few beds that we had were pretty bad. The room was a bit shabby, but the beds definitely need to be replaced if nothing else. The rooftop restaurant has very good food, but the hours are inconsistent and they are clearly understaffed. "
