Summer at Balsam Point Spend your days on the lake—swimming, kayaking, boating, or simply relaxing by the water. The private dock provides easy access for launching out or tying up after a day on the lake. Our Adirondack lakehouse has private beach access & dock, a large flat yard on the lake & a large open layout with a full kitchen and lots of comfortable amenities. Swim, kayak, and fish right from the property. Minutes from hiking, Gore Mountain & the town of Indian Lake. Private, peaceful & perfect for families. Balsam Point offers direct beach access — simply walk into Lake Abanakee right from the property. Guests have full use of:
3 Kayaks 1 Canoe 1 Rowboat 1 Stand-Up Paddleboard Life vests on site for all ages
Water Safety Notice: No lifeguard on duty. All guests use the dock, waterfront, and lake entirely at their own risk. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times near the water. Life vests are in the Brown plastic chest. Please use them.
