"Clean room. Welcoming staff at front desk. Comfortable bed. We loved having 3 sets of towels. Hot water and good pressure in the shower. The breakfast was good but limited options. There was eggs, sausage, oatmeal, and toast. "

"They were very nice. The only complaint I had is that when we went to our room, there was five police officers knocking on somebody’s door and I think that she should’ve told us and had to go sit in the lounge until that was taken care of. I felt like it was very scary position that we were in and luckily we got in our room. They let us go to our room because they were right in front of our room and I just think that she thought we saw them in the lobby talking to her. She should not have sent us up there when she knew they were gonna be up two rooms over. She was very kind and nice to us, but that was not OK."

"My flight out of Boise was canceled late at night. The booking and check-in process here was quick and easy. The young lady at the front desk was polite and very helpful. The courtesy shuttle was exceptionally convenient with my four-year-old child. The hotel was comfortable and quiet. Thanks for saving me & my family. "
