"Staff was not very friendly, but perhaps this was due to the late hour of our arrival.
The exterior of the model was not very clean, and there were a lot of crickets by the doors this time of year.
This room was musty but running the air conditioner helped. Not the most comfortable place to stay."

"The hotel and room were very clean. The hotel lobby smelled nice. Scented. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. We ate breakfast at the Grand Cafe. Food was good. The hostess and waitress were so polite. Also, the casino was clean. The staff picked up cups and trash immediately when people left a machine. Overall, we had a nice time. It’s a beautiful hotel."
"Everything was excellent except the swimming pool. It was closed with no reopening date in site. We were offered to be reimbursed for using the community pool. Or we could go to their sister location."
"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
The Skyliner Motel was one of the highlights of our Route 66 adventure. If you’re looking for an authentic Mother Road experience, this is the place.
The room was spotless, comfortable, and full of vintage charm while still offering all the modern comforts you need after a long day on the road. It’s obvious the owners take tremendous pride in the property.
What truly sets the Skyliner apart is the hospitality. We were welcomed like old friends, given great Route 66 recommendations, and made to feel right at home from the moment we arrived.
If your travels bring you through Stroud, do yourself a favor and stay here. It’s more than just a motel—it’s a genuine piece of Route 66 history and an experience in itself. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone traveling the Mother Road."
"Our stay was really pleasant. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was great. Breakfast was quick & good. Great location near restaurants. Only comment was the air conditioning worked great and was cool but it seemed very humid in the room making everything feel damp.
Would definitely recommend and stay there again."
