"I received no response (call or text) from property owner from booking through the day we arrived on site. Due to the radio silence we could not access property. We were forced to spend time with VRBO customer service to get the stay cancelled and then scrambled for a hotel. I would not recommend this location as the owner has still been radio silent. The help number went to a cleaning service with a full voicemail which makes me question the legitimacy of this property. Bizarre experience. I would recommend all to look elsewhere."

"We enjoyed staying in this home. It was comfortable and very clean. We did a little cooking and grilling and had everything we needed. We chose this home because of its proximity to Ruoff Music Center, which is minutes away by car. We would definitely stay here again."
