Our Annual girls trip.

The accommodations were great, easy check in and out, nice area. Comfortable beds and very clean. The only thing I would suggest, more comfortable chairs in the living room area.

A Westfield Gem!

Our stay here was phenomenal. Exceptional clean. Comfy beds. Every amenity we could possibly need. Location was centered close to our venue The Mustard Seed, markets, downtown Carmel. The host always responded quickly. We will definitely stay here again.

Indy getaway

We enjoyed this house, it was in a neat neighborhood and the home was clean and furnished nicely. The space was perfect for our group. We would stay again if we are in the area. The host thought of all amenities.

Great House & Great Host!

Everything about our stay was perfect - The Host communicated all of the needed details well ahead of time, the house was extremely clean and well organized upon arrival, the house is very well maintained with lots of extra amenities, the neighborhood is great, the location is perfect for Grand Park, restaurants and stores. I couldn't have been more impressed and I'd definitely stay here again if we were returning to Westfield/Grand Park!

Nice, clean and spacious home in safe neighborhood

The house was very nice, clean and spacious. With lots of amenities. Neighborhood and surrounding area was very nice. We had a party of 11 that was there for a wedding and it worked out perfectly. Would do it again with no hesitation.

Wonderful home

The property owner was very organized and had everything we needed for our stay. We arrived to a wonderful neighborhood and a beautiful home. The backyard was very nice and the basement theater room could be used by kids as another sleep area. The chairs in the theater area were low to the ground otherwise very comfortable. Overall a great place to stay and worth the money.

Concert Stay

We had a group of 6 in town for Nickelback concert. Pleased with everything available nearby and 20 or so minutes to Ruoff Mortgage Music Center. House was super clean and very nice. Plenty of instructions and owner responded right away to questions. Highly recommend!

If visiting Westfield, look no further

Our group of eleven all agree this was hands down the best VRBO rental we have ever experienced. Extremely clean, spacious and modern are just of few of the superlatives that come to mind. The neighborhood is upscale and rates a 10. Kim the owner is a great communicator and proactive in making sure everything is just right before checking in. Our hats off to this property and its owner and highly recommend you put this home at the top of your list if visiting Westfield.

This is a wonderful, clean home for a large family! Plenty of toys and activities for small kids, and a large, nice back yard for our dog. Responsive host as well...will stay here again!

Baseball Trip

We had 3 families stay here as we were in town for a baseball tournament. This property is INCREDIBLY close to Grand Park and so convenient.The house was very clean, exactly as described in the listing and well appointed with everything you’d need for your stay. The check in process was very easy and communication was top notch.Would definitely stay here again!

Great house! Comfy, convenient, nice neighborhood

This home provided ample space for our family as we prepared for the marriage of our daughter. It was close to everything, but tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. The owner provided some special touches and amenities that made the stay very comfortable. The walking trails throughout the neighborhood were peaceful and picturesque!

Everything as advertised - great stay

The location is extremely convenient with lots of restaurants and local entertainment. The house was clean and exactly as advertised. The host communicated very well and made sure that everything was to expectation. We will definitely stay here again on a future visit.

Location convenient to everything Carmel, Westfield, Noblesville, etc. Plenty of space and parking for all. House has everything needed. EXCEPTIONAL communication from property owner regarding check in/check out, additional questions or needs, etc. Would definitely recommend and happily stay here again.

Basketball tournament at Pacers Athletic Center

We stayed at this property for a basketball tournament at the Pacers Athletic Center (PAC). It is only 6 minutes from the PAC. The property is extremely clean and very well furnished. Has everything you want for a basketball tournament. The beds were extremely comfortable. Two and a half bathrooms were nice group. The owner was great about communication and did everything possible to make our stay excellent. Would highly recommend this property!

Girls Weekend

The home was in a lovely neighborhood with easy access to all of our activities. There was a slight mix up with checking in. The cleaning crew hurried to clean and the dowstairs had missed areas. It all worked out and we were comfortable.

Fantastic rental

“Well appointed” is an understatement! Perfect for family’s with gate, toys, high chair, bed side rails, pack n play, clean and fenced back yard. Plenty of towels, dry goods, kitchen supplies. Bathrooms had shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion. Beds very comfortable, nice linens. Felt like we were staying at high end hotel with the comfort of home setting. We were in the area for a family wedding; grocery less than 5 min away. Super convenient and great family neighborhood, quiet, walking paths, safe. We just loved this VBRO and strongly recommend to anyone visiting Indy area, especially families. Host communication outstanding, and in home plenty of informational signs, never at a loss how to operate something. Thank you!

Gencon 20024 trip

We had a tremendous stay with Kim for our trip to Gencon 2024. I have absolutely no complaints whatsoever about the rental. Everything was sparkling clean and we had plenty of room. The neighborhood was quiet and the house was beautiful. I wish it was a little bit closer to downtown but you can't have everything. If we return to Gencon or Indianapolis, we will definitely look to stay with Kim again if at all possible.

Great place to stay

We were in town for our son’s wedding. We had several family members in and out all weekend and it was a spacious place to land both pre and post wedding. Extremely clean and all the essentials were provided. Clarity on directions for everything in the home was posted and helpful. Outdoor space was great as well. Highly recommend this space for your large groups.
