New 2024 Custom Home. Located in the shadows of Lucas Oil Stadium and the Indy skyline. This home was the Indiana Home Show house of the year.

This upstairs apartment sleeps up to 4 travelers. All new 1 bedroom, 1 bath, full kitchen, turf patio balcony. Walking distance to Convention Center, Lucas Oil, Monument Circle, and all downtown restaurants. Property is located one block off of I65 and I70.
