Perfect Stay!

With no hotels in walking distance of Butler University, this was the perfect option for us! Paul was extremely easy to communicate with and the entire visit was flawless. I’ve stayed in many rental properties, and this one was the cleanest property I have stayed in. Paul thought of everything for a comfortable stay…all the way down to 2 umbrellas, which we needed for our Butler tour. We look forward to futures stays as our daughter will begin college here in the fall!! Just awesome!!

Lovely updated VRBO. Always a pleasure dealing with Paul and so convenient to Butler. Highly recommend it if you have students there.

Perfect place for Graduation Weekend

We stayed here for my daughter’s Butler graduation weekend. It was the perfect place since it was close to campus. The space was very welcoming and comfortable. I can’t say enough good things about this place. Would definitely stay again.

Great cozy and comfortable stay!

This coach house is perfect for a quiet stay, whether for a couple of nights or longer. The hosts are fantastic! There was plenty of space for just me and nice and private. Easy parking and convenient to so many great places on the north side of Indy. I highly recommend!

Butler Tarkington Visit

Another great stay. If you want to stay near Butler U or the surrounding neighborhood. This is the best place for an individual or couple. Well-appointed Suite on a quiet street a block away from Butler. The owners are good people who make sure you have what you need for a nice stay.
