It is such a handy location to downtown. Free parking. Be aware there is no breakfast because of the type of property it is but we like it there for it’s other conveniences.

The room is large and the rate is reasonable. The building is dated and there is no food or shopping nearby. Front desk staff was unable to give suggestions on dining options or nearby park/running trail access.

Close to downtown, many restaurants nearby, had security, very clean and updated, huge spacious suite with lots of amenities, would def rent again

The hotel room was great. Clean big plenty of kitchen equipment. It was close to all the areas we were traveling. The elevators are scary small! No breakfast availability. The area leading up to hotel was a bit run down. You had to travel through it to reach areas to eat.

My wife and i were first provided room 1106, which had water running into the bathroom above. Upon reporting the problem to management we were transferred to room 1101 quickly. Its unfortunate this happened, but I have the understanding that room 1106 was a queen bed, and 1101 was a king bed. It is fortunate, however, that we helped you find the problem and we had initially asked for king bed suite anyway. Thank you for a goodnight stay. We will be back in the future. Todd & Dena

Well worth the stay very clse to local hospitals

Great clean room. Very nice hotel. You're needing a clothes room to any of the local hospitals as methodist riley or eskenazi very close very worth the money will definitely stay again

Has a lot to make you feel comfortable.

I come to Indiana every year at this time and I try to stay here. The rooms are huge and well kept. The hotel is conveniently located. Easy access to many major attractions in Indianapolis. There’s also a shuttle that can drop you off downtown. This hotel is a Lone Ranger in the sense that there aren’t any stores directly next to it. You will have to drive to get to stores or restaurants. And, that’s okay because this place has a lot to make you feel comfortable.

The hotel itself is fine -- clean and comfortable. Kitchens were nicely appointed with useful items. The lobby also had excellent free coffee for a hotel. My only real complaint is that the area around the hotel is not walkable and feels run-down and dodgy. I ended up Ubering everywhere, and for the money spent on that, I probably could have just upgraded myself to a proper downtown hotel in a more walkable area.

Great hotel!

The hotel was very large! Very clean! We plan on booking for next years Indy 500 as soon as we can. Only downaide was tbe elevator but I understand they are working on the hotel so it wasn’t a make or break for us.
