Good morning, my team arrived to the property last nite around 11pm. We are not impressed with this property. The grass is high, need to cut, once they entered the house has a very awful smell to it and real not that clean. My team are there to work and we can not stay in a smelly place with high grass and need to be clean. We left the site and booked a hotel contact Vrbo Customer Service to get the run around about my refund. Waiting 24-48 hours for Cumstomer Service to respond. Now going on 72 hours no word yet. I Just reached back out to the property owner.. Waiting on a reply..
