Great location - family celebration
We were here for a graduation ceremony. It is a double duplex so two kitchens, etc. But it worked great. The location is perfect, and there is a walking/running/biking trail you can access in the back yard. I highly recommend this property if you're staying in Indianapolis.

The house was very clean and had everything we needed except a dining room table. The space doesn’t allow for it and while the owner has made efforts to provide an eating area, a table would have been very helpful as we used the house for a business meeting weekend. It wasn’t clear in the description that there wasn’t a table. For some, this isn’t a big deal - just FYI. Other than that, everything was great. Very clean, convenient location, and comfy beds.

Great place for a group
Our group was in Indy for a tradeshow. Dale's place was perfect for us. Very clean and we were all able to have our own room. Only 10 minute drive to the convention center, which was super convenient for us. Dale was great at communicating and answering any questions prior to our stay. Highly recommend

Girlfriend weekend
This property was perfect for my girls weekend. House was beautiful. Very clean. Beds were so comfortable. Very well stocked with kitchen supply’s and everything else we needed. The location was perfect. Near Bottleworks District and Mass Avenue. The owner was very responsive to any questions. Would stay again for sure!

Nice Weekend Getaway

Awesome host
The location was perfect for my niece’s college graduation. The house was spacious for our family of 9. Lots of great accommodations so we were very comfortable. The host, Dale is awesome! From his initial communications to checkout, he was extremely helpful. Thank you so much!

Great option for multiple families or large groups
This was our first time to Indy and we had a great time The location was right in town so we were central to all the activities we had planned. Had family come in from both coasts for a quick visit. House was great with plenty of room for a party of 6 with individual bedrooms for everyone. Had both sides of the unit and was quiet and comfortable. Incredibly comfortable mattresses which several family members would like to purchase for personal use. Monon trail is located behind the unit and was used for morning walks which were throughly enjoyed by all. Mexican restaurant, coffee shop, and pizza brewery a 10 minute walk or less away from house. Easy access to downtown Indy or Broad Ripple for additional bars and restaurants.

We had a wonderful stay!
This duplex was perfect for our family group of 10 adults & 2 children. HIGHLIGHTS: Good location, clean, nicely decorated, two Queen bedrooms on the first floor, 4 king bedrooms on the second floor, two FULL kitchens, Monon Trail is right out the backdoor! I took the suggestion of a previous reviewer and brought card tables and chairs for games & additional meal seating. There is plenty of bar seating in the unit- but the tables allowed us to play games and gave an option for those that do not like barstools. We had a great weekend & will stay here again if we ever have the chance!

My friends and I rented this property for our NYE dinner party and it was absolutely AMAZING! We loved how the home was split into two individual sides which made it even better to have room and space for our dinner guests. The furnishings are very modern and the appliances are top notch! Great Family Get Away
This was a great place for our family to gather for some quality time together. The house was clean, beautiful, and perfect for what we needed. We spent most of our time in the house playing games, but there are plenty of opportunities close by. Downtown Indy has so much to offer. We would highly recommend this property!

Perfect for Grand Nats!
Wonderful! If given the chance to come back next year we know for sure where to book. Love the space and most of the layout for the exception of the upstairs. How you need to go 3 steps down and back up from the bedrooms to the bathroom. Love that the rooms are all very well spaces with a king or queen size beds. We did expect that the master bedrooms to have their own attached bathroom (which was not the case) but we manage to make it work. The neighborhood was nice and quiet with walking distance to great restaurants and pubs. I do greatly recommend this location if you have a large group or family. We greatly enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic duplex!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Monon duplex! We were especially grateful to have 4 King-size beds and 4 bathrooms! Beds, pillows, and furniture were very comfortable. The fireplace was useful on the chilly mornings. There were plenty of towels, blankets, dishes and glasses. Hot water never ran out for our group of nine! The location was quiet. We went to several of the eating places Dale recommended. (We especially liked the pizza at Greek's!) Would choose to stay here again if/when we plan a group visit to Indy!

IDEAL in every regard
Our stay at Dale's duplex property was for a family wedding. I booked the place for my husband and I and our 4 married children and 3 grandchildren. It could not have been more perfect in terms of location, decor, layout, comfort and proximity to helpful places such as a coffee shop and restaurant and the non motorized trail which we did not use but looked amazing for bike riding. We had a group with us for GenCon and it was absolutely perfect. The layout and decor were really nice. Lots and lots of amenities were provided. Major Taylor Invitational
Traveled from Dallas to Indy for Major Taylor Invitational. Property was perfect for our group the close proximity to downtown made it easy to ride or bikes to start location. The property was as described. The rooms and bathrooms were spotless as well as the linen. I reached out in advance and was able to drop off our bikes and bags prior to actual check-in. I will definitely look for this property for my next stay in Indy. .

Cousin Getaway
This was perfect for our Party of 7. Love the combined duplex. Plenty of space and it was very comfortable. Close to so many great spots. Planning another visit during warmer weather and will book this again. No issues during stay, host was great with information and communicating. Great property! We were in town attending the Bands of America Grand Nationals competition and needed something a little bigger than a hotel suite given the number of friends and family member traveling with us. We rented both sides of the duplex and were very pleased! In fact, we know we will be back next year for our sons senior year and have already decided that this is where we would like to stay again! Drive to Lucas Oil Stadium was roughly a 10-15 minute drive. Property was incredibly clean and even stocked with pleasantries such as coffee, laundry detergent and such! We honestly didn’t have any communication with the property owner other than the check in and out information but that was only because we simply just didn’t need to. Simply cannot recommend this property enough! Thank you for a great stay! We will be back!

Better than good but not perfect
Had access to both sides of the duplex. Plenty of space and nicely decorated, clean living spaces. The first floor bedrooms and en-suites worked out great for grandparents. The upstairs bedrooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. However we did not like the noisy staircases or the landing that separates the upstairs bathroom from the bedrooms. Would not feel comfortable navigating it (3 stairs down, 3 stairs up) at night in the dark. Kitchen could use a few more amenities (salt and pepper) and utensils (tongs). Note the only seating available for dinning is in the high back chairs along the kitchen island. Since these are not easy for grandparents, we brought a folding table and chairs. Default temperature was 62 degrees in the house so it took some effort to figure out how to increase the temperature using the digital thermostat.
