A queen air mattress is available for flexible sleeping arrangements. Guests have full access to the home, including the private backyard and driveway (which can accommodate up to 6 vehicles as well as additional street parking if needed)

• The garage is a separate, private living space occasionally occupied by the host. It is completely detached from the guest areas. Guests do not share any indoor spaces

⏰ Check-In / Check-Out
Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and with prior approval. A fee of $15 for the first additional hour and $5 per each additional hour applies since we have to coordinate with our cleaners — just message us and we’ll see what we can do 😊

RULES
• No parties or events. Underage guests attempting to host a party are not permitted. Violations may result in removal from the property and involvement of local authorities. ($500 fine)
• No smoking inside the home or garage. Smoking is permitted outside only. ($500 fine)
• No firearms or fireworks on the premises. ($500 fine)
• Any damage must be reported immediately via Vrbo messaging or phone. Unreported damage may be considered intentional or reckless and charged accordingly.
• No pets. Any unauthorized pet will result in a $500 fine.
• Guests are responsible for any non-accidental damage and will be charged for repairs or replacement as needed. Accidents happen — this policy applies to reckless or intentional activity.
• Primary booking guest must be at least 25 years old.
• Guest count may not exceed the number on the reservation plus two additional guests without prior approval.
• Unless prior approval is given, check-in and check-out times must be followed to allow for cleaning, maintenance, and other bookings. Late check-out or early check-in without approval may result in a $40/hour fee.
