This place was absolutely perfect for us. Nestled in a super cute neighborhood, close proximity to the fairgrounds and near lots of interesting food places. The space itself is stocked full of amenities and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. This will definitely be our first choice when we return to Indy.

Adorable apartment convenient to downtown, the state fairgrounds and more. Short walk to a nice park. The apartment was clean, cute, private, and well appointed. It is situated above the homeowner's garage, so you will potentially hear the garage door, but they seem to have kept reasonable hours, and despite being a MiL unit, it has a private separate entrance from the main house.
