About this property

Cozy Studio Retreat one block from Downtown Noblesville.

  • Short walk to the Noblesville downtown square where you can find all kind of nightlife activities. We have new restaurants and bars opening all the time. During the day there are retail stores and antique markets on the square to shop

    We are very short drives to Grand Park in Westfield, Ruoff Music Center and Connor Prairie outdoor museum. Also, we are close to Mustard Seed wedding venue and Mill Top event venue. Golf course is 5 mins. away.

    You have your private entrance to our studio apartment attached to our 1898 house. We completed some updates the start of 2026 that we hope our future guest will enjoy. Totally private space that is very quiet. Great place for a visiting sport athlete or a couple who just needs a quick getaway suite. You can relax in our soaking tub in the bathroom or watch your favorite Netflix show in the living room. The whole studio was updated in April of 2024. All of our guest loves the proximity to all the restaurants and shops in downtown Noblesville. If you have any questions about our property, please reach out to us and we will respond very quickly.

Great location near lots of good dining options and Noblesville has a very cute downtown. Spacious, quiet and clean. Easy parking, easy entry instructions. Near Ruoff if you're seeing a show, near Carmel for some other fun small downtown options, and close to Indianapolis for plenty to do. We were visiting friends in the area and will definitely try to stay here again when next in town!

This was a great find right in the heart of Noblesville. It's within walking distance of several great restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping in general. The photos are accurate and represent the property. If we come back to visit I would stay here again.

LOVED my stay! It was everything I wanted while I visited my best friend and her family in Noblesville. 10 mins from their house, perfect location. It was clean, quiet, comfortable. I will absolutely stay here every time I visit! Can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend!

I had a wonderful stay at this cozy apartment! Very clean, nicely appointed, super comfy bed and room-darkening curtains, all very much appreciated. Scripture verses framed throughout the space brought great comfort! Nice, quiet location and quick walk to downtown Noblesville for an early morning stroll and breakfast. Will stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay! Very clean and cozy, perfect for the four of us! Very close to Ruoff, walking distance to historic downtown with lots of restaurant and bar options and fun history along the way! Definitely recommend!

The Cozy

Great Girls Trip!

This property was in a great location- close to everything but still quiet in a great, safe neighborhood. Street parking but it was easy to find. Very clean and accommodating. Would definitely stay again!

This is a wonderful cozy spot. I felt very welcomed in the space. It is a quiet place to get away. The bathroom is amazing. Both a walk in shower and a separate deep tub. Looks like it’s from a magazine. The bed is very comfortable. The whole space just has an amazing atmosphere. I was able to walk to the bookstore in about five minutes. So it is close to downtown Noblesville and the Square. I really recommend coming to stay here and look forward to staying again.

Softball tourney

Property was easy to get into, clean spacious and set up very nicely. Comfortable place to hang out and watch TV, nice bedroom area and a beautiful bathroom. This was a perfect place for us to come to stay for a national softball tournament easily accessible to downtown Noblesville, just a quick five minute walk To enjoy the boutiques and restaurants
