Location is fantastic. Condo was decent for the price. Be aware though that the described futon is not in fact a futon but rather a wide sofa that is rather short. My daughter that is 5'5" barely fit on it. So just know that going in. The parking situation leaves you walking a block or so to and from the condo for $32 a day. An added expense that you need to consider when pricing a condo in the area. Overall, was pretty happy with the unit, but may have considered other options had I known in advance about the lack of a sofa bed and the additional parking costs.

Not a 5min walk to convention center!

The ad claims the location is a 5-minute walk from the convention center with skybridge access. In reality, it’s a 15-20 minute walk along the street. through the skybridge it's through a mall, and multiple twists and turns just to reach the convention center. The location is far less convenient than advertised. When I called to request the exact address to check walking directions on Google Maps, they refused to provide it unless I made a booking. I was told it’s "against policy" to share the address beforehand. This policy feels misleading and seems like an intentional attempt to conceal the true distance from key locations.
