The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Load and start the dishwasher. Take out kitchen trash & place in the large blue trash bin located outside on the garage side of the house. Bathroom garbage does not require emptying.
Place used towels in the bathroom. If beds were used, leave unmade. If extra linens were used, leave on the bedroom floor. If a bed was not used, please leave made and do not remove bedding.
Turn off tv’s, lights and small appliances. Log out of streaming services you may have entered on any of the tv’s.
Lock all doors and windows. Empty refrigerator.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Rules
No parties or events. Quiet hours 10pm-7am. No illegal activity or tampering with devices.
Only toilet paper may be flushed - no wipes, feminine products, paper towels, etc. Do not leave cooking unattended. Clean grease and spills.
No smoking or vaping inside the home. A $500 fine will be enforced if guests are found to violate this rule. No candles, incense, or flames.
