Our room was horrible. The area where the refrigerator and microwave and sink was suppose to be was unfinished. The refrigerator and microwave was sitting on the floor unplugged. There was exposed plumbing coming out of the wall where the sink was suppose be. I went down to the front desk to ask for another room and I was told the hotel was under construction and most of rooms were unfinished. The desk clerk acted like he could care less. He said there was no other rooms available with a king size bed. I am not happy about this, in fact I’m pissed. I would appreciate it if someone from Expedia would reach out to me to explain to me how this happened

Heavy construction and unclean rooms
The service was great, but the condition of the hotel was poor (at best). Heavy construction and the crews used all of the elevators/hallway space. The room was not clean and a number of the room features didn't work.

Construction, bad keys and a cold pool
I was very disappointed the hotel was under construction, which I was not told about my room, key deactivated four different times over a weekend. The pool was ice cold which I also was not informed about and I specifically told them my grandkids would be coming to visit me in the hotel to swim, the service was good but the hotel was a mess and I spent hundreds of dollars on swimsuits and pool items that went to waste because the pool was too cold to swim in. There was a lot of noise going on in the hotel construction workers all over the place wish I had been given a heads up I would’ve chosen a different hotel .

Pet Friendly, For A Hefty Price !
The room was fine. No issues with that. This is a pet friendly motel and the main reason for our choice of the place to stay. We were charged a $25 per pet refundable deposit. Later we were told that the deposit is actually a non-refundable fee per pet. We won't be staying there again!

The on site management team had complete disregard for a situation where their lack of cleanliness in their property led to a medical situation. They charged me for an extra night that I was not able to stay because I had to leave the premises due to their premises being unsafe

Above-average stay and we especially liked the larger room than most hotels offer these days. Only criticism is that the undisclosed fee for our small dog ($50/night) was excessive.

We came to check in at 12:30 am with us and 3 grandchildren, our room had not been cleaned. The beds were not made, the old sheets in a pile. There was no staff to get the rooms ready. Two women behind the desk, they called the manager. We were there more than an hour, tired from traveling and had to go somewhere else.

Reserved a king/acc room and was given a dbl queen/non acc room. Clerk seemed to be having an issue figuring out which rooms were available. Front desk clerk was too chatty, complained about country music, and blatantly stared at a fellow guest while she walked away, all while trying to help us.

The hotel was a little outdated, but it was very clean, the staff was very friendly and welcoming, and they offered a nice breakfast. We rented a suite with two queen beds and a sofa bed. The room was huge and had a mini fridge and a microwave. I liked the size of the bathroom and it had a full size tub. The sofa bed was horrible! Not only was the mattress flat and sunken in, but the foot of the sofa bed leaned down toward the floor so we didn’t use it. The fitness room had a stair stepper, a treadmill, two bikes, some dumbbells and a weight bench. Bottled water and towels were available in the fitness room. It was hot and stuffy in the fitness room though, and the equipment could use some maintenance, as the stair stepper and the treadmill were both very noisy. There was a swimming pool there but we didn’t get a chance to use it. A major highway runs behind the hotel and it was very noisy all night long the first night we stayed there because of all the traffic on that highway. The second night, there wasn’t as much traffic on that highway so it was much quieter. All-in-all it was a nice place to stay and I would stay there again. I do think it was overpriced though.
