The room was spotless. It was a wheelchair accessible just like the advertisement said staff was amazing, kind caring, compassionate to our whole family.!! Also, they had wheelchair accessible wire lift for the hot tub and the swimming pool so that our whole family could enjoy the amenities Thank you too, Iman breanna Turquoise for making us all feel so welcome

This was a very nice hotel. It’s older but the rooms have been updated. It had a nice large lobby, the rooms were comfortable, and the free breakfast was very tasty. The staff was also very friendly.

Overall, a very nice hotel with nice features and plenty of common space. The hotel needs to focus on details to keep it nice. Clean and vacuum in the corners, keep the equipment in the gym maintained, keep the pool and hot tub maintained. All the spaces including the rooms are very nice but the details need to be addressed. That includes breakfast, which is really nice, but we ran out of everything from 9 to 10 o’clock, except the eggs and Canadian bacon.

The best thing about the stay was the staff. We were a group of 19 and we used the common area near the lobby quite a bit. We made several special requests of the staff and they were always courteous and accommodating. The bed and particularly the bed linens were sub par.

The staff was pretty good. The bathroom was TINY. The bed was so uncomfortable and the food for breakfast was really bad. Also the pool is so cold. Hot tub isn’t warm either. There was literally ice on the windows in the pool house. We couldn’t care it for more than 20 minutes.
