The place was great! Excellent location. Amazing staff. A few small issues like the towel rack fell right off the wall and the cover for the door lock fell off too but it was fixed right away. Otherwise a great hotel!!

I liked that it was close walking distance to the Fieldhouse for the Fever game. The staff was nice and friendly. The room was nice and clean all in all. It was a good overnight stay except… Our room the air conditioner was not working. It was 80° sleeping and I felt like we were at the races from the outside traffic speeding up and down the road other than that, it was a nice place.

I was really disappointed honestly. The hotel was beautiful; the Cannonball Lounge was nice; the staff were hospitable, professional and helpful. But the bed was incredibly uncomfortable. And the street sounds from downtown made sleeping virtually impossible- I don't know the thickness of the windows, but I might of well have kept them open all night. Cars revving up their engines in the streets below, sirens 24/7. I LIVE in Indianapolis, so this splurge was just a very pricey treat for a romantic night out. I paid a premium fee for this hotel to elevate the evening. It was conveniently located downtown, walking distance from the venues we had tickets to. Of course I KNOW the city, and I knew downtown would be louder than my neighborhood outside of 465, but I had suspected or erroneously assumed, that the windows would be thicker to muffle and offset the noise. And the bed would be comfortable. I stayed at Bottleworks a few months earlier...I was able to get a room rate for half as much, it was incredibly comfortable, and a much better value. I slept like a baby and the remodeled Coca Cola processing plant that had been restored in an Art Deco Style was absolutely stunning. Knowing what I know now, I sincerely wish I had returned there rather than try something new.

I love this hotel, honestly the staff incredible, like amazing! We stayed for a play and stay at another Marriott hotel and it was horrible and once we transferred to this hotel it was like night and day. Sandie at the front desk has impeccable customer service and the hotel was conveniently located to activities. I mean they have a roof top bar, great breakfast, great room (spacious), water bottles and hot chocolate at the front. When we come back for nationals, this is where we’d stay.
