Located two blocks from the heart of Broad Ripple, this newly renovated home provides the uniqueness of comfort and adventure! Stay at the property and enjoy all of the exciting features that it offers, or head down to Broad Ripple and explore the amazing shops, bars and restaurants that make it the incredible place that it is!

Guests have access to the entire house! It is a duplex, so obviously you only have access to your side of the house, But you will have access to every room in there!

If you need me, I`m just a call or text away!

The neighborhood is wonderful! Great safe place to walk around and enjoy yourself and the scenery. Large grocery store and delicious restaurants a block away! Amazing atmosphere right down the street! There`s a local park just north of the house as well with plenty of hiking trails!

There is a bus stop that picks you up directly across the street from the house. You can take it north or south for only $2 to go visit different parts of the city. Can take you all the way downtown in about 25 minutes (with stops).

- The pet fee shown ($70) is for up to two nights with one pet. It goes up $10/night for every day added, per pet.

This was a cozy and comfortable house to stay in. The king bed is wonderful! The kitchen is pretty well equipped. The parking is easy. Locking and unlocking the back door was a bit tricky at first, but just needed to figure out the procedure.

We had an excellent stay at this location. We were going to a concert at Holliday Park and found this location to stay overnight. It was in a great location, very clean upon arrival and the host was very responsive.

Property was clean and comfortable. The pictures of the outside need to be updated to reflect what the exterior actually looks like. The Keurig drip coffee machine was broken and we found out the hard way when it overflowed onto the cabinet and floor. The house itself is on a busy street but the neighborhood was very walkable and we found some nice restaurants within a 10 minute walk radius. We didn’t spend much time in the house and our overall stay went well

Fun Weekend Getaway

This house was a great base for our long weekend in Indy (volleyball tournament, children's museum, Butler visit). The common areas were quite comfortable and the king bed was fabulous! Wish we'd had more down time to enjoy the basement rec room more!

Best getaway

This was our first family vacation.my husband, my toddlers and our dog had a very relaxing time sith the best amenities. The table tennis, darts and Foosball table kept my son busy when we got back from the childrens museum. There are trails nearby which was perfect for our dog. Will definitely be back.Thanks

Overall happy with the stay. I accidentally booked one night instead of two and Lucas was understanding of the situation. Communicating very well and worked with us to check out. He looked at accommodating us with another place but just didn’t have one currently available. Very clean and bed was comfortable.

Luke was great with communication and the property is exactly as advertised. Very short walk to Broad Ripple Village. Enjoyed a nice fall night with family around the fire pit and nfl ticket on YouTubetv was a pleasant surprise.

Great spot to stay!

Easy communication, easy accessibility, house was as described. Stayed with my husband and son, would have easily slept another person or two, only one bathroom so maybe not my daughter lol. House was stocked with comfortable furniture (and an actual king bed that I never wanted to get out of) and cozy blankets and pillows. Broad Ripple was .4 miles about a 5-10 min walk. Will definitely stay again.

Great place for family

We were meeting family in the area and this house was great for our family to stay in. Luke was great with communication. House is very spacious and even had a fun basement to hang out in. Could use just a quick clean/vacuum in some areas that dont have a lot of traffic but overall the house was very comfortable to stay in. We will definitely keep this place in mind next time we are visitng Indy!
