I am not sure how this property was rated 2.4, that is at least 2 points too high. It was dirty, smelly and run down. I couldn't even tell it was a hotel when I pulled up.
This was a horrible place to stay, absolutely disgusting. Dirty tore up rooms with knife cuts and cigarette burns everywhere and infested with bugs. Don't waste your money on this place.
The pictures of the hotel room do not match the hotel. I walked into. Immediately asked for a refund after going back to the front office. They couldn’t give me a refund. Contacted Expedia and they were of no help.
This place is so disgusting, that after paying an absurd amount of money because of the eclipse surge pricing, knowing we may not get a refund, we still grabbed a new room elsewhere because there was no way we were staying there. This place should not even be available , especially through any third party endorsement. Do not stay! And the pictures they show, are NOTHING like it actually is.
Room was filthy with garbage on the floor tampon wrapper behind the couch profanity written on the door and wouldn’t give us a refund we left and still fighting to get our money back don’t ever stay here

Very expensive. Tv did not come in. No light above the bathroom sink
First of all hotel was booked on the same day of arrival, once the guest arrived there was a sign saying that hotel is closed till 9:00am with no explanation, tried calling hotel but wouldn't get an answer. 2nd hotels.com didn't refund our money, neither they actually helped on this matter.
The motel looks condemned, there’s no signage for the motel. The room reeked of smoke, the beds were dirty, the surfaces were covered in bugs, the tv was on when we walked in (but also snowed out/ not working appropriately), and they were blasting the heat at 80 degrees. My friend refused to walk into the room at all; we were too disgusted to check out the bathroom.
We attempted to lodge a complaint with the better business bureau. This motel does not belong to the better business bureau.
Tv looked like the tv from the ring (all blurry) microwave didn’t work, black mold all over shower, carpet was wet and stained, staff wasn’t there at 8 pm when I had to check in, people were drinking vodka and left their bottles all over the ground outside, room stunk like cigarettes and I’m a non smoker, cigarette holes in the comforters and they put me in the wrong room then what I paid for. The worst experience of my entire life.
This was horrible. The pictures advertised were not this facility in any recent year. The sink paint was peeling. The shower was not cleaned with someone's old Irish Spring still there. The floor was filthy. There were cigarette burns in the sheets. The bathroom door was broken. There was mold in the refrigerator. The front door had a 1 inch gap under it and looked like it had been busted down. It stank of smoke. Fleas. No garbage can. Smoking stains on the ceiling. I could go on.
The hotel issued a card to my room to a complete stranger, after I brought it to the hotels attention that I had been robbed I found out that the guy at the front desk had issued a card to a guy that I was going to hire to help me at a catering event who met me in the lobby. They did send me down the road in an Uber which I paid for to get a new key fob for my vehicle upon returning the owner said I don’t see anything on camera of anybody stealing anything out of your room so I guess no fault was on our end. Just know that when you stay here you’re taking everything you have at your own risk. hotels.com is almost impossible to get a hold of so day two after the incident I still haven’t gotten a hold of hotels.com
Staff good friendly helpful. Facilities terrible fridge wire frayed smelled like urine. Looked like no one had dusted under TV in weeks. Walls peeling chipped paint
