I was really disappointed with my stay. When I arrived, the room was not clean — the bedding had stains, and both the bathroom sink and shower were clogged. The morning staff were great and helpful, but the night staff was the opposite. The woman working at night was rude, and when I asked for her name, she refused to give it. Overall, the experience fell far below my expectations, and I wouldn’t choose to stay here again unless improvements are made.

Bed was comfortable and clean, pillow cases were quite threadbare tho. Shower and toilet room were old but renovated to look new(ish). Very bright light coming in from parking lot was hard to block with not too great of curtains. We were hardly there other than to shower and sleep so that part was fine. Didn’t even eat at the breakfast. Not very many options and it was mostly a carb fest anyway. It was just on OK stay.

It was good! Service was great! But I had a towel with stains on it, floors weren’t mopped(had stuff caked on floor), and tub wasn’t the cleanest either.

I had a great stay at LaQuinta Inn! The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet—perfect for a relaxing night. The staff was welcoming and made check-in a breeze. I really appreciated the complimentary breakfast in the morning; it had a nice variety and was a great way to start the day. The location was convenient and easy to get to, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Overall, a solid and affordable choice—I’ll definitely stay again!

Check in is too intrusive and long winded. Make it easier and do not ask for so much personal information!!! Too long to check in multiple rooms due to extended questioning. Worker is courteous and knowledgeable but procedure from the hotel is horrendous. Hotel is under renovation so it is a bit confusing staying in different buildings etc. Rooms were very clean and nice. Will update on breakfast quality.

There was no mention before we checked in that there would be a $100 room deposit. I didn’t see it in Hotel.com information either. Our stay was good. Comfortable bed and good for the price.

The hotel overall was clean. However, we were a little uncomfortable with the level of soiling in the rooms carpet and certainly did not want to make contact with it. The stains were visable and large, carpet cleaning in the room was long overdue. However, no odors were present. The remote for the TV worked intermittently. The shower head was quite loose and shot water all over the walls outside the shower but the water was good and hot. The room was not that spacious ut did make for a comfortable nights sleep.

The attendant at the desk was a little rude. We were standing at the front desk for a few minutes before thinking there was nobody back there and then a guy rolls his chair out of the corner and asked for our name like nothing happened. The first room we had smelled like smoky food. The sheets smelled the same. There was an onion ring or something of the kind in the air conditioner that I think was the cause of the smell. It was also set on fan only so the room was hot and humid. So we got another room that was better. Nothing fancy, but for the price it was fine. It was clean and smelled fine. The breakfast wasn’t the best as far as options so we didn’t eat there but it looked like what they did have was probably good.

I felt uncomfortable at check in, the representative said our room number out loud in the lobby. When we arrived in our room, the smell was overwhelming. The air freshener used was saturated in all of the soft goods, carpet, drapes, pillows. It was strong enough to give us headaches. The bathroom and sink area floors were dirty with stains and many hairs. The amenities seem to have gone downhill, also, conditioner and lotion provided but no shampoo. Breakfast was very bare and sparce. The representative at check out was nice.
