No longer run as a La Quinta Inn

Hotel is now a Norwood Inn (La Quinta signs have been taken down). Many aspects of this hotel are in disrepair (lobby, stairs, hallways) and frankly the environment doesn't feel safe.

This property was dirty, broke and unsafe. The hotel was running under a different name and was in very poor condition. There were broken down cars in the parking lot, outside had broken locks and the smoke detector was in the floor in our room.

Quality has dropped significantly. I was given a room that had not been cleaned. When I complained they did apologize and moved me to a better room, but even that had dust embedded in the window and the AC unit was pulling away from the wall. Staff appeared indifferent, neighborhood has degraded.

Worst hotel I’ve stayed at

The condition of the hotel was awful. Dirty, no smoke detector, no deadbolt on the door. Carpet was stained. My cousin was staying in another room and his carpet and bedspread actually had blood stains on it. His smoke detector had a plastic bag over it. His window wouldn’t shut all the way. My original reservation was lost. I was supposed to get a better price than what I ended up with. We would never stay here again.

Could use some major renovating. Everything in the bathroom was stained. Both chairs were broken to some capacity, still useable just not fully. Even the pillows sucked. Staff was friendly though.

The worst hotel in the history of hotels. A dump. Nothing worked. Front door bashed in. Dirty. Dirty. Dirty. And here's the kicker. The toilet seat was missing.

The room smelled like a wet dog. The bedding had discoloration and the beds were lumpy. You could see smudge marks on the mirrors, hairdryer, and flat surfaces. The TV had lines running through it and the sink light would sometimes only turn on halfway. The hotel says it serves breakfast, but not during our stay. The coffee in the room only had one set of sugar and creamer for one cup, but three packets of coffee grounds. It just felt like there was no thought or even concern for people staying at this hotel and we do not plan on using a La Quinta again.

Clientes de hoteles.com. No reserven en este hotel nunca. Por la experiencia que tuve no volvere a un quinta mas nunca. Es el peor hotel que he ido en mi vida. Fueron 3 noches de martirio.

The whole hotel is very dirty and smells. We were there 3 days/nights and never had anyone come in to clean our room. No refrigerator in the room, asked for an extra pillow & was told no, stains all over the carpet and walls. Our keycard would not work TWICE! Had to go to the front desk & get a new one. If every other hotel wasn’t booked for the Indy 500 we would have left and went somewhere else. Just overall, very disappointing.

My room had bed bugs & cockroaches. I went to the front desk and they wanted to give me another room. Then they charged me for the day because i was there for 8 hours before seeing the bugs. Hotel staff doesnt answer phone & they hang up on you once you let it ring for a half an hour.

I would like a refund from hotels.com. I tried!!

We checked in and walked in her room and saw cockroaches all over the wall. The carpet has stains everywhere. The water came out of the faucet brown. There was water on the bathroom floor from a leaky toilet. I could go on and on about other things I saw throughout the hotel. It was very filthy. I can’t believe the state Board of Health hasn’t done anything about it yet.

This is the worst hotel property I have ever seen. The non-smoking room reeked of smoke and urine. Carpet and bathroom were filthy. Bed appeared to be used sheets. Smoke alarm was broken. Cobwebs all over the room. It was unbelievably bad. Needless to say we left.

I would'nt recommend anyone stay here! Room was terrible, No towels, cob webbs in the corners of the ceiling, water stain in the ceiling, paint chipping. Overall HORRIBLE experience! And the only thing i was offered in return was 6000 points in their reward program!

I would not return or recommend this motel at all for anyone. First room had leaking water and hole through the window. Second room had smoke alarm ripped off the wall, holes in the furniture, burns on the wallpaper, tiles missing in the bathroom. The only good thing I can say is the people were pleasant.
