A one of a kind, beautiful home with so much to offer! From the sunroom, to the bonfire pit, to the patio, to the outstanding master bedroom, you`re going to love this home and all it comes with!

The entire home is for the guest! No room or area is shared or publicly used.

The neighborhood is wonderful! Great safe place to walk around and enjoy yourself and the scenery. Large grocery store and delicious restaurants a block away! Amazing atmosphere right down the street! There`s a local park just north of the house as well with plenty of hiking trails!

There is a bus stop that picks you up directly across the street from the house. You can take it north or south for only $2 to go visit different parts of the city. Can take you all the way downtown in about 25 minutes (with stops).

The stairs going up to the master bedroom are a bit steep compared to normal steps, just FYI! It`s nothing crazy steep but they are more steep than usual.

Our group of Navy Vets LOVED IT. Great location, and the house is very comfortable. Everyone said it felt like HOME. Firepit chats, great kitchen, and basement to gather in.Would do it again.

Good location, cute house

We liked the location. An easy drive, about 20 minutes, to the Children's Museum. Cute house. We had one issue that went unresolved but overall, a good stay.

Great place to stay! We had everything we needed.

We all enjoyed the proximity of the place to Broadripple. The house was very clean and we had fun staying at the house. Everyone said they had a good nights sleep and we all enjoyed a nice breakfast in the house. There was plenty of room to spread and we hope to come back.

Perfect little getaway

We were in town to see a concert, the location was prefect! We were able to walk to and from dinner and venue. We enjoyed sitting out on the deck and had plenty of space for our group. Would look to stay here again next time we are in the area!

Perfect space, grear location

Plenty of room for our family of 5. Wasn't able to use the ourdoor amenities because of time and weather but looked fun to use. Would definitely stay there again if we travel back. Appreciated the instructions hung around the house for different things.

Comfortable and Cozy home

We needed a place to stay during our mother’s lengthy stay at St Vincent hospital. This place was comfortable and affordable and clean and provided a home base for our family while we care for her. Lucas was very responsive and helpful with check-in and check-out. We were very pleased with the property.

Quaint House

The house was great for our 2 night stay. We had 5 adults. We didn’t stay too much inside, we were running around town so we didn’t need anything special. Beds were very comfy and tv had many options for viewing. Would stay there again maybe when it gets warmer to enjoy their back porch.

Great House, Great Location

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and we loved the fire pit! Favorite part was hanging out in the basement on that comfy couch and watching Home Alone!! We stayed in Indianapolis to go to all of the Goodwill Outlet stores in the area and this was the perfect location. Lots of restaurants nearby. We had a great time, thank you!!

Perfect spot for a fun weekend getaway

Everything about our experience was flawless. The owner was very responsive to all of our needs. The entire house was very clean and well supplied. The basement hangout was perfect for our group of friends and we even got to enjoy the patio and grill out back. The location was outstanding as well - a 20 minute drive to downtown and lots of good bars and restaurants only a half mile away. It checked all of the boxes for our guy's weekend and we would absolutely book it again!

buddy getaway

We are old friends in different states who meet up in Indy twice a year for a 24 hour gab session. Overall, comfortable seating and beds. Was slightly disappointed there was no wood for the firepit and an electric tea kettle would have been nice but got along fine with the microwave.

Plenty of room for the 8 of us. Owner had great communication. Kids loved the air hockey table and it kept them busy while the adults socialized upstairs. Very safe neighborhood, ample parking on property and close to the major attractions in Indianapolis. Nice deck area and firepit but due to inclement weather we could not utilize it

We’d come back!

Wow, what an amazing experience. I felt like I was able to rest like it was my own home. My brothers and I planned a trip to visit our mom and made many memories, and this home is definitely apart of these great memories. Our host was so easy to be in contact with and was so helpful!

Charming House

The house is just as described in listing. House has lots of character very cute. Plenty of room for our family of 7. Luke the owner great for communicating. The area very quiet more than enough parking on the property. Tons of restaurants less than 2 miles from house and attractions all near by. Would definitely stay again.

Mixed experience

The house was fine, kind of small but cozy. Great location and ample parking. The kind size bed and one bath was in the upstairs attic converted space. The stairs were very steep and dangerous. I had to grip the rail going up and down especially. One guest slipped down the stairs. He had to maneuver his feet sideways and barely fit. Be careful in that space.

Not so clean cute house

Cobwebs everywhere. Dirty dishes in the dishwasher, coffee grounds left in the coffee maker, fridge was dirty both inside and out, sticky juice down the walls of the kitchen, fire pit has a broken bottle in it, cigarette butts all over the deck, bathrooms were clean, bedrooms were clean except for the cobwebs

Lots of Room for several guests

A relatively nice old house with several bedrooms. The beds we slept in were great! We didn't sleep upstairs (the stairs are indeed very steep) but we did use the renovated shower up there, which was very nice. The enclosed former front porch was also nice since it was a bit rainy during our stay. Besides having to deal with a smoke alarm that needed a new battery, it was disappointing that the ice-maker on the fridge didn't work. Though there were ice trays, apparently you have to put them in the left freezer for them to freeze. Although we rented the house for family that weren't able to come, my husband and I enjoyed our stay.
