    Welcome to STADIUM VILLAS. Location, location, location! Come stay in the shadow of Lucas Oil Stadium. You will be walking distance to EVERYTHING downtown! Two blocks from Convention Center. Located just 2 blocks off of I70 and I65 exit. Private off-street parking for one vehicle also free street parking in front of the property. Very safe area. We look forward to hosting you!

No fighting traffic or struggling to find parking for concert. Duplex clean, kitchen appointed. Steep staircase! Deposit requirement very steep or insurance option a bit expensive.
