Magnificent 2 Bedroom, Loft Close to Downtown Duplex

1 bedroom with Queen size bed, full size futon in room. Livingroom includes Daybed with two twin beds. Beautiful upstairs Loft with Bunk bed that has a twin and full size futon, loft also has a cozy dormer back window area, good for reading or working. The bathroom has a nice size jetted tub with shower, towels, soaps and anything else you might need. Kitchen has a stove / over, blender, dishes and silverware, along with pots and pans for cooking needs. If you have any needs or concerns don't hesitate to reach out I will do my best to accommodate you. Pets are welcome.
Close to Downtown, Fountain Square, Indy 500 Race Track, and many other fun filled places and events. Downtown Indianapolis has a lot to offer from top Restaurants to even bigger venues including the Lucas Oil Stadium that is home to our Indianapolis Colts, where the Monster Truck Rally and other events and concerts are held, along side our football Stadium, the Gainbridge Fieldhouse, home to the Indiana Pacers is also a huge venue for concerts as well.
Looking to have some fun, indianapolis has plenty to offer, like museums ? Check out the Children's Museum, the Art Museum, or even the Indiana State Museum. Need something more intense, we have Bad Axe Throwing Indy, Fun Factory, SkyZone Trampoline Park, K-Speed Indy, Action Duckpin Bowl, GreatTimes Family Park, along with many other options.

It was a cute place, unique and very cozy. The host left suggestions for food and a frozen pizza in the fridge for us. Our dog was comfortable and so were we!

Cute place to stay! The loft was a nice area for me to work during the week. The stairs and a couple beds were a little creaky, but overall it was clean and charming.The water pressure was out of this world.

In town for charity motorcycle ride

We in Indy froM Rchmond for a motorcycle ride so mostly needed a place to sleep and relax before and after the event. Even booked an extra night so we didn't have to travel home after riding all day. This loft fit the bill perfectly. The parking was good. The neighborhood was quiet. The accommodations were comfortable and the whirlpool tub was perfect after.riding all day. I would definitely book again for the next time I need.to spend a weekend in Indy.

Fun little loft

It was a great little place to stay for our short stay in Indianapolis. Location was great, as it was in the downtown area. Check in was a little confusing, as the site is a duplex, but we eventually figured it out. We enjoyed our stay.

Great accomodations for a family with a lot of character and in a convenient location.

Our host, Steve, was wonderful and our 3 night stay was great. The loft is a neat old home that has been beautifully updated. Lots of room to sprawl for our family of five. The attention to detail and the provided comforts and conveniences were much appreciated. The street and neighbors were quiet.

Delightfully different

This place truly lived up to the popular image of a loft: a level up, a little quirky, but as welcoming and comfortable as you want a living space to be. Could only stay one night with our travel plans, but this will definitely be a strong contender for a more extended stay in Indianapolis, and it should be for just about everyone else.

Excellent Loft

Property was great for a couple going to a concert @ Lucas Oil Stadium. Very clean and nice loft. Outdoor area to sit and enjoy on a nice evening. Host is awesome & very responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

This property was beautiful and had plenty of space. The owners have alot of extras in the cabinet and fridge. They also leave a pizza in the freezer for guests. If im ever in the area again i would definitely book again.

Lovely Loft!

At first, walking up to the house I was somewhat confused, but signs guided me to the back door where the manager had given me the code for the lockbox with keys. Currently under renovation/construction on the outside of the building and lower hallway, but once inside the loft it was exactly as pictured and described. Plenty of space for myself, my husband and our two dogs to feel at home. Fully stocked kitchen supplies (dishes, coffee pot, microwave, air fryer, etc). Has A/C which was a life-saver in the heat! There is a fire pit and grill on the back patio, which we utilized and were great. Neighborhood is pleasantly quiet. I chose it due to its price and proximity to school during the week of our stay. No complaints here!

Quirky Fun Loft

Steve is extremely responsive, helpful and accommodating! He did his best to make us feel welcome as well as our son’s dog who we needed to watch for part of our stay. The apartment is unique in design as the pictures show. There were a few glitches with the heat. However, Steve, Stacey and Dan were quick to fix the issues. The apartment is very close to mass Av and Fountain Square areas. In better weather it might be walkable but it was COLD during our visit. The designated parking space is a bonus. Overall we enjoyed our stay and hosts!

kids loved it. very clean

we enjoyed our 2night stay. Our kids picked it because of the bunk beds. House is decorated in such an inviting and calming way. host even had some essentials in the fridge like jelly, syrup and frozen pizzas.and local menus to order food. check in was very easy. houses on block varied from very updated to less-updated. we saw many families on this block as we drove to our spot in the back. the parking spot was nice to have. a low sitting car may scrape on the incline. neighborhood was diverse. Would recommend heading west or north from location as opposed to east (we went to the childrens museum - excellent). the grocery store we went to east of house was very busy and not clean but staff was very nice. We didn't need the crib for our stay, which took up space in our bedroom. the bunkbed frame is metal and VERY squeaky - too loud to actually sleep on. bedroom bed was a little squeaky on left side too. however, lots of options for sleeping - trundle bed under couch worked out perfectly for kids - and they still had their own space in the loft because they love bunkbeds - even if they are squeaky. 3 TVs provided plenty of entertainment during our down time, and there were games put out which was fun! all the bedding was very comfortable and temperature in house stayed comfortable. The host made our stay very enjoyable and was responsive to questions. If we ever stayed elsewhere it would be to experience a new neighborhood. We liked this rental.

The place is very cozy and super cute. House was stocked with everything we needed plus some. Steve was very quick with responses when I needed him. We had a flat the night before check out and thanks to Steve’s recommendation we were able to get a tire at 8 o’clock on Saturday night. We will definitely try to stay here again next time we are in Indy.

Super cute loft!

My daughter and I love this little loft apartment! The bed was comfortable and the location was great. Close to the theater we went to, but felt like a safe neighborhood! Would stay again
