This unit features three well-appointed bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed and its own smart TV:
Primary Bedroom: Enjoy the privacy of a full ensuite bathroom and a serene space to unwind. The ensuite master bathroom has an oversized shower perfect for relaxing and enjoying 6+ jets.
Bunk Room: A spacious setup with two queen beds and an attached full bathroom, great for families or friends sharing. There is a private door from the room to the bathroom, which includes a rain shower and LED shower control.
Third Bedroom: A peaceful retreat with a comfortable queen bed, located conveniently near shared spaces. The bathroom is shared with the bunk room but accessed through the hallway. This bathroom can also be used from the common areas.

This unit features two well-appointed bedrooms: Primary Bedroom: Enjoy the King Bed with a large TV. Bunk Room: A spacious setup with two Full XL beds.

While we allow up to 17 guests, it is up to the group to decide if their group size will fit comfortably. We own other units in the building if you want to book multiple.
RULES:
• Underage teenagers trying to throw a party is not allowed. I will show up with the police and press charges. ($500 fine)
• NO smoking inside. Smoking outside is completely ok ($500 fine)
• NO use of firearms or fireworks on the premises. ($500 fine)
• All damage will be considered intentional/reckless if not reported via email/messenger or phone.
• No pets $200
•A determination will be made as to whether any damage was intentional/reckless or accidental. Guests will accept responsibility for any non-accidental issues and will be charged for compensation. Shit happens and we are not here to nickel and dime you. This is meant for reckless activity.
• No bookings for guest under the age of 25
• You are limited to the number of guests on the reservation plus 2. If you would like more just confirm first.
• Unless receiving prior approval, check-in , and check-out must be followed for cleaning, maintenance, and other bookings. ($40/hour fine)
Check-Out Instructions
1. Please strip or leave all used beds unmade. If stripping the bed, please leave sheets on mattress or in the laundry basket provided.
2. Please make sure all dishes are placed are washed. Leaving the dishwasher running is perfectly acceptable.
3. Please make sure all trash is gathered and thrown away. There is a trash chute located at the end of the hallway behind a door labeled trash. All trash must be thrown down the chute in trash bags and those bags must be tied shut. Note: Extra trash bags are located at the bottom of the trash can.
4. Please dispose of any leftover food you may have in the refrigerator.
5. It is helpful, but certainly not required, if a load of used towels if thrown in the washer before checking out.
6. As previously stated in the check-in instructions, please return the parking card to condo after exiting the parking garage.
7. If you check out early, could you kindly send us a message and let us know, so we can send our cleaners over to get started.
